Image Here Is What WE Say About It:

Do you really need a cot for camping? That is question you need to ask based on how comfortable you like to be when bedding down for the night and if you have enough room for all of your gear.

The answer for me is yes. They say you will be warmer at night with that volume of air between you and the ground (tent heater helps too). It does get you off the hard, lumpy ground and you won't have any small rocks bothering you at night.

I had never heard of this brand or even seen it until one weekend on a Jeep Expeditions trip. One of our members camped next to me pulled this cot out of a carry bag and literally in 30 seconds had it set up. I was amazed and asked him how he liked it, he said "what do you think" and he told me to try it out. I was hooked. It was small enough and light enough to carry in my Wrangler. Just what I've been looking for and the best thing of all you didn't have to "fight" with it to get it set up. Taking                                                                              it back down & putting it away is just as easy too!

The first time I used this cot was on the 30 day Arctic Jeep Expediton. It was comfortable and it was a very nice size too. It's not the biggest cot on the market but it will fit when and where the bigger ones won't, like in the back of a TJ or the back of a ZJ packed for 30 days in Alaska. It's built to handle over 300 lbs. and once you see it, handle it and lay in it, you'll know it is quality from top to bottom and made to last.

So if you are looking for a cot that is small enough to pack in your TJ, weighs in about 20 lbs and will set up in less than a minute, this is the cot for you!

I got mine directly from Byer of Main where they have a great selection of cots and camping gear. You can also find this quality cot at REI and Cabella's locally. The easy cot will set you back about $79 or online at:
